Brandon Daniels: ‘The Existential Threat Is Not Doomsday, It’s Bread Lines’ if AI Innovation Falls Behind

‘The space will continually evolve and we will get the technology right in the long-term’

RUSH EXCERPT:

DANIELS: "Companies like my company accenture and companies like palantir we just line super intelligence. As long as the consumer companies that are at the frontier of the super intelligence and think about creating constraints that can stop these models from going rogue we can accomplish that. I don’t think that should be peoples biggest risk. The second thing is the idea of some doomsday in three, five or 10 years driven by super intelligence. I would put that on the back burner because the space will continually evolve and we will get the technology right in the long-term. The biggest worry that everyone should have is, what does it mean when all of the processes around us are subject to automation like we have indirect with robots and have to interact with super intelligence to get things done.”
