Where she went home and texted somebody saying I was raped. Digital evidence in this case, I agree with my colleague. You have to do a deep dive to what the communications were between the victim, her friends, family, the fraternity guys. What were they saying. But you absolutely need to have something other than her view versus their view. You get in a criminal court room and you will never get a guilty"
