CLAYPOOL: "Right. Trace, prosecutors are supposed to be fair and unbiased, and they should not be making public comments about if somebody is innocent or guilty. Let us start with that. But let me tell you, I have represented a lot of sexual assault victims. I’ve had civil cases that never rise up to criminal cases. It’s extremely hard to prove these cases beyond a reasonable doubt in criminal court because it usually boils down to a credibility contest. Her and now these fraternity guys. And if you look at the text messages we have seen already, they go both ways."
