Scott Jennings Touts Mississippi’s ‘Most Improving State’ Recognition in Education: Republicans Have Answers

TRANSCRIPT:

JENNINGS: "Can I just rebut that on education for a moment? The most improving state in America when it comes to test scores is Mississippi, run by a Republican, and they have better test scores in Mississippi for minority children than they do in California right now. The states that have adopted those solutions have seen test scores go up."
