RICE: “I think we actually have Iran in a place right now where, if we’re patient about it, we’re going to see an Iranian regime that does have to make some tough choices. You know, they’re not at this point producing oil. They can’t get their oil out of the Straits of Hormuz. I know that there are effects on our economy, on the international economy, on the price of gasoline, I know that there are those effects, but Iran cannot get a nuclear weapon. This is a terrorist state. That’s the only way to describe it. And when you hear Araghchi up there speaking, you have to ask, does he really speak for the Revolutionary Guard? Probably not.”
