CNN’s Kasie Hunt: A Trump Adviser Told CNN Midterms Are ‘Obviously Going To Be F***ing Rough’

HUNT: “As we come on the air, Republicans are watching Election Day tick closer and closer, worrying that time has run out for them to try and turn the tide. One Trump adviser that CNN talked to about the midterms, yeah, they put it pretty simply, ‘it‘s obviously going to be effing rough.’ And just why is it going to be effing rough? Maybe it‘s because today the war with Iran hit the seven-month mark. Diesel is sitting at almost $6.50 a gallon, and interest rates are over 7 percent. When asked if there was anything that Republicans could do to turn things around, one Republican operative told CNN, ‘go back in time and never start the war with Iran.’”
