SUBRAMANYAM: "Well, first of all, we have to protect the men and women who serve our intelligence agencies and make sure that they do not politicize these efforts. It doesn’t matter if you’re a Democrat or a Republican, if you’re someone who can help our intelligence agency, we need you, right? And what they’ve done is they’ve made they’ve tried to traumatize these federal civil servants and these folks who work in these agencies to where they are quitting in droves. And we are now in a situation where our intelligence agencies are not up to par at times. And so, again, this is a big problem. And it started in this administration. We’ve spent many administrations, even the first Trump Administration, building up this capacity. And"
