CHAFFETZ: “Look, from my vantage point, somebody is going to need to explain this, because it signs — it sounds highly inflationary, terribly expensive. Why don’t we try balancing the budget first? That would be good. We haven’t ever done that in, well, decades. And so, I worry that it gets a soft message. There’s so many accomplishments in the Trump Administration. There’s so many reasons to vote for Republicans. But from my vantage point, it sounds — I don’t know how you pay for it. I just don’t understand it.”
