When Donald Trump’s on the ballot, usually Republicans do better because people that don’t vote in elections regularly and certainly don’t usually vote for Republicans will get out there and they will vote. It didn’t happen in '22 when he was telling people to go out, even, you know — because his name, again, not on the ballot.
