MADDEN: "Well, I don‘t see it as a Republican or Democrat thing to take advantage of. The thing that I think is probably the biggest factor here is, there is an unsettled nature about the state of our economy and how rapidly it is transforming, and who is winning in that economy, and who‘s getting left behind. I think you see Republicans and Democrats — I mean, the interesting thing about this is you take Bernie Sanders going after data centers and you take, you know, Governor Abbott down in Texas, not exactly political, like, you know politically aligned, and they‘re both saying the same thing. So, but I think it‘s a — I think it‘s going to be a much more potent issue in 2028 for a lot of the candidates that have to say, have a national plan on what we‘re doing with AI, the AI economy and how data centers fit into that."
