El-Sayed: I Don’t Hate Corporations, I Just Don’t Like It When They Buy Politicians
‘I don’t like it when corporations break a market’
EXCERPT:
EL-SAYED: “I just think that it's important for us, and I'm not anti-corporate in the way that I think a lot of people think. I don't hate corporations on their own terms. I just don't like it when corporations buy politicians. And I don't like it when corporations break a market. I think there should be the ability to compete with a big corporation. That's what I'm asking. So I think -- I want you just to see where I'm coming from when I say that. Because every dollar, like I always say, that we send over there to drop a bomb over there is a dollar that we're not spending here to build a school over here.”
