Tom Tiffany Releases 8-Point Policy Plan to Lower Costs

REPORTER (voice-over): "Tiffany says he’s going to address those issues with his eight-point plan to lower costs. He says his plan would lower property taxes by ending the 400-year veto in freezing property taxes. He will cut income tax by 10% for families making under 150K, end state taxes on tips and overtime, return the surplus, reduced utility cost, prevent sales tax hikes and create good paying jobs. Tiffany says he also has a plan to lower gas prices by repealing the minimum markup law."
