MCADAMS: “Hi, John. So, two prosecutors are saying that this duo of Massachusetts Democrats stole more than $2 million in Covid relief funds. This happened years ago, but the investigation continues. They say these people put taxpayer money in their own pockets. This is who we’re talking about. So, they’re both from the same area in Massachusetts. Brian DePena there, who’s the mayor of Lawrence, a town just outside of Boston, and then also State Representative Francisco Paulino. He’s facing federal charges in two separate schemes here. So, they’re both accused of lying in order to get those Covid pandemic benefits and business loans.”
