WATTERS: “He was compelling. He's a confident guy, kind of a guy’s guy, but I don’t trust him. You know, I like him. I don’t want to like him. I like him for some stupid reason, but he’s not right for Michigan. He wouldn’t take a stand on anything. I asked him about boys in girls' sports, Green New Deal, reparations. He’s on the record as backing all of this and he just dodges and wasn’t prepared. Like, didn’t do his homework, didn’t know how many illegals were here, didn’t know the federal budget, didn’t know how much Medicare-for-all costs. But he does not usually sound like a politician. That’s probably why he won that primary. But last night he did and I expected more. But he wants to come back. I don’t know why he wants to come back. He wants to do it in the studio. I’m happy to have him in the studio. But he's had three days in a row of really bad press.”
