ANCHOR: “A Bloomingdale police officer's on administrative leave while authorities investigate the possible misuse of license plate readers. Bloomingdale initiated an internal audit in response to recent public concerns about the use of flock cameras. Last week a former Kenosha County deputy was charged with using them to track his girlfriend. The Page County State's Attorney's Office is involved in the Bloomingdale investigation. Village officials say they can't speak much on the matter now, but they do believe any misuse of the plate readers was an isolated incident.”
