Cisco Aguilar: ‘Out of the 185, We Were Able to Identify 34’ as Nevada Pushes Back on Federal Voter Data

‘I want to make sure our systems are the best in the country’

RUSH EXCERPT:

AGUILAR: “No. It’s a if there are, it’s very few. It’s even less than 185. It probably gets down to. Out of the 185, we are able to identify that there were 34 that matched the data set that they sent us. Of that 34 we broke it down even more to say maybe 17 are questionable. 17 of the 34 participated in election, 17 have never participated in an election and they’re inactive. So when you look at that 17 subset of the 185 of the 6400 of the 15,000 that they originally alleged, you start to get into very minute numbers. You have to remember, there are 2.4 million registered voters in Nevada, 1.5 turned out in 24. And you look at 17 potentially, we need more information than just a voter case number than just the state of residence. Then whether or not they’ve been investigated and whether or not they have been cleared by the system that the federal government has used. We asked for more data. Look, I want to follow the law. I want to make sure our systems are the best in the country. But I can’t do that unless you’re willing to be truthful with me."
