MANZUR: "It's very important to say 'progressive Democrats,' because the centrist Democrats are the reason we have Trump 1.0, as well as 2.0. So we cannot ask the centrist Democrats to take us out of this nightmare. We have to turn to the progressive Democrats. Laken Riley Act was not mentioned today. I did talk about the terror that ICE is causing in our communities, but that was only possible because of the Laken Riley Act. I would never have supported such a racist and xenophobic act, which, unfortunately, was supported by some of the members on this audience here today, on the stage here today."
