Colo. AG Weiser: Trump’s Actions on Election Security Are ‘Un-American and Illegal’

WEISER: “We don't have anything to hide. If people want to watch how we manage elections in Colorado, we're very transparent. We have Democrats and Republicans who monitor the elections. We are critical in terms of how we have these ballots. They are paper ballots that are managed and counted appropriately. I'm really proud of how we make it easy, safe, and secure to vote. We have got among the highest voter participation rate in the nation. Donald Trump should be praising our gold standard of elections, not attacking us. This administration's efforts, as you say, are part of some set of lies about the 2020 election. It is about targeting mail- in balloting, targeting blue states. It's un-American and it's illegal, and that's why we will fight back all the way to the Supreme Court.”
