Victor Davis Hanson: Fauci Knew that Powerful People in Gov’t Are Exempt from Consequences if They Break the Law
TRANSCRIPT:
DAVIS HANSON: "James Comey said he couldn’t remember 245 times. John Brennan had lied under oath twice to the Senate under oath and was given scot free. Andrew McCabe had lied four times to federal agencies, scot free. Robert Mueller said he didn’t even know what the Steele dossier was. So Fauci had looked at that and said, 'You know what? Bureaucrats and powerful people in government like me are exempt, there won’t be any complications if I break the law and tell something to the people that I don’t think is true.' And I think he lied under oath, but that’s just an opinion. But I don’t think he thought there would ever be any consequences. He was larger than the law, bigger than the government. He thought he was the most important man in the world at one point."
