GIDLEY: "Well, first of all, all of these DSA candidates, this is a freedom of the freedom campaigning clashing with the realities of governing. That is something Hakeem Jeffries is going to have to do with a broad coalition on the Democrat side. Medicare-for-all does not work. As we know, Barack Obama pushed ObamaCare. That was supposed to fix everything because it would be single payer eventually. It has made everything much worse. The system is more clunky, it is way more expensive, and people are not getting the health care that they need and deserve. He understands that. These candidates don’t. So they can pop off at the mouth all they want to, but the reality exists the money is not there to fund it the way they want to fund it."
