KENNEDY JR.: "The obesity rate in our children is up to 20% today. We have the highest chronic disease burden of any nation in the world. 70-something percent of American youth cannot qualify for military service, and that should get everybody's attention. This administration is determined, bringing back the physical fitness tests, to -- we've already changed nutrition standards so that our kids are going to be getting good food now, and we're going to go into the school lunch programs very soon."
