Sen. Cassidy on If Trump’s Vaccine Order Can Lead to More Deaths: ‘Absolutely,’ If You‘re Pro-Life, You Should Be Pro Vaccine
RUSH EXCERPT:
CASSIDY: "If the potential for a child to miss a follow up visit is going to be greater, if the child has to have six follow up visits as opposed to two. There was a case. I‘m sorry. It was a case a few months ago about a woman who was pregnant, and she was exposed to someone who had not been vaccinated. She got she she, I think for measles or mumps, she got infected when she was pregnant. And the child spontaneous, her unborn child spontaneously aborted. If you‘re pro-life, you should be pro vaccine. This child was lost because someone was not immunized. By the way, when someone is pregnant, their immunity, their innate immunity can decline. So it‘s important to have people around them immunized to protect the mama whose immunity may fall during pregnancy. That is being pro-life. And so, yes, if someone is less likely to be immunized because my gosh, now it‘s six visits, you have to follow up one instead of two. Then someone. Absolutely. There‘s an increased risk for going to the hospital, for getting sick, going to the hospital and or death."
