SCANNELL: “Anderson, it was somber inside the courtroom as Luigi Mangione sat down between his lawyers and described the killing of Brian Thompson. He began, almost speaking too quickly where the judge asked him to slow down so she could hear exactly what he was saying. And he said in a very clear, matter of fact voice, with no remorse that he had experienced severe back pain.
