Gutfeld on Sexy Socialist Summer: They’re Trying to Replace Their ‘Insidious Beliefs’ with What the Public Values, Which Is Beauty and Charisma
RUSH EXCERPT:
GUTFELD: "I’m glad I don’t know who randy fein is. But here is why they have to do this. They are trying to replace their insidious beliefs with something that the public values, which is beauty and charisma, why persuade when you can seduce come it’s the same visual cues. We have these visual cues that we assign to trustworthy people, and they want you to assign them to people who are creeps. Gavin Newsom, Ilhan Omar, Graham Platner, they even, remember they said Graham Platner was attractive? This is why I really value homely people and why I get up and watch “Fox & Friends” every morning, because they have to out-persuade, they have to out-think everybody because they start in a looks deficit. But it’s not just looks. It’s also ideas. Seduction plays a role in ideas. So socialism is based on the sugar rush of free stuff. Something for nothing. Capitalism is the guy who runs the factory down the block. Socialism is the drug dealer on the corner of. You know, who is cooler come who is edgier? Republicans, they want to fight the high cost of living. They go after taxes come over regulation come housing supply. It’s all worthwhile, but good luck explaining it. Meanwhile a socialist can say here, here is more stuff. See, you are dealing with a drug dealer, fighting an entity that promises you quick, easy gratification, but it is going to destroy you in the end."
