Hasan Piker Blames Abdul El-Sayed’s Poor Polling on $70 Million in Attack Ads

‘The current Abdul poll that shows him losing to Mike Rogers, this is right after 70 million dollars of attack ads’

TRANSCRIPT:

PIKER: "You have to remember something. The current Abdul poll that shows him losing to Mike Rogers, this is right after $70 million of attack ads, okay? I forgot to mention that. Sorry. Mike Rogers has not received any attack ads yet, okay, because the race on his end, there was no competitive primary, there were no attack ads. Abdul, on the other hand, got $70 million of attack ads. So of course his approval rating is going to be underwater for the time being. So he has a lot of work to do in terms of building that image back up and it’s gonna take some work, and also, obviously, he’s gonna go all over districts underperformed or districts that went to Haley Stevens. You know, I’m not very concerned about those numbers currently."
