You see that turnout high so far on the Democratic side? That, to me, is emblematic of a president of the United States who is deeply underwater. And it matters because if you look over history, right, you go back to past midterm cycles, you go back over the last 20 years, which side had the higher turnout? Every single time since 2006, that side went on to win the U.S. House of Representatives. These numbers matter.”
