Shermichael Singleton: Despite Inflation, Voters Will Still Prefer Republicans with American Values over DSA Who’d ‘Set the Whole House on Fire’

SINGLETON: "Look, we‘re going to be potentially running against a candidate who doesn‘t share the values of Wisconsinites and most of Americans. And so when you talk about someone who says we should cancel Thanksgiving or someone who‘s made pronouncements about Christmas being problematic, someone who‘s made various pronouncements about borders and the way we control immigration and the flow of immigration in our country, most, I would argue, hardworking Wisconsin voters say, 'Look, we may not like certain aspects of the economy, we may think that sometimes Republicans may go a little too far on this or that, but we would rather vote for a Republican who still maintains the fundamental American values, as opposed to someone who wants to destroy and tear down everything we hold dear.' It‘s one thing to have a critique to improve things. It‘s a whole another thing to set the whole darn house on fire.”
