Trump on SAVE Act: What Republican Will Vote Against It?

‘I wiew that as a very important thing’

EXCERPT:

TRUMP: "Yeah, I would, 'cause I like to see the people that want to vote against it. I want to see the people, both Republican and Democrat, who vote against it, because mostly it's Democrats. I mean, we have most Republicans, in all fairness. We'll have a few who will be a couple short of maybe one short, which we shouldn't be any — what Republican is gonna vote against it?"
SHERMAN: "I could tell you there’s a couple in the Senate."
TRUMP: "I know. You don't have to tell me. I know the ones — I find it hard to believe. But you have all the Democrats are going to vote against it. Every Democrat is going to vote against voter ID — "
SHERMAN: "They have, five times, to be clear."
TRUMP: "Well, they do it over and over, and I think it should — I think it should pay the price during the election, for the election. Every single Democrat is opposed.
