TAPPER: “Let me ask you a question about this autopen pardon thing, because if you‘re saying that the autopen pardon isn‘t legitimate, which is, again, not established fact, but something that some people believe. And I‘m not saying it‘s not true. I wrote a whole book on Joe Biden. We never found that to be factually definitive, so we didn‘t include it. But if you think it‘s true, then doesn‘t that justify Fauci pleading the Fifth? Because you‘re saying the pardon is not legitimate.”
