MOORE: “Now, why are the interest rates rising? I believe it is in large part because we have spending out of control in Washington. The single best thing we could do to reduce inflation and to bring interest rates down would be to cut government spending. You know, we can’t get Congress to cut virtually anything out of the budget. Trump put a great budget earlier this year, it was completely ignored. We know we have a trillion dollars of fraud.
