He doesn't have immunity. If Rand Paul -- to my mind, if Rand Paul really wanted the answers he could give him immunity, but he didn't do that. So, knowing that he could be indicted for almost anything in this -- in this era, I completely understand why he took The Fifth, it seems actually legally advisable.”
