Obama Mocks GOP: ‘How Dare You Fix Things?,’ ‘You’re a Tyrant’ Using Executive Action (CNS News)

On Friday, Pres. Obama mocked Republicans who complain about his use of executive actions to "fix" Obamacare without involving Congress.

Obama opened his remarks at the Democratic National Committee's winter meeting by joking that he's using an executive order to force someone else to pick up a happy hour tab:

"Well, it's Friday.  It's after 5:00.  So this is now officially happy hour with the Democratic Party.  (Applause.)  I can do that.  It is an executive action.  I have the authority.  (Laughter.)  Henry is picking up the tab.  (Laughter.)"
