Obama on Cop Shootings: ‘Black Lives Matter Doesn’t Mean Blue Lives Don’t
RUSH EXCERPT:
OBAMA: "There is no contradiction between us supporting law enforcement making sure they have got the equipment they need, making sure that their collective bargaining rights are recognized making sure they are adequately staffed and making sure they are respected. Making sure their families are supported saying there are problems across the criminal justice system. Bias some conscious and some unconscious that have it be rooted out that is not attack on law enforcement. That is reflective of the vast majority law enforcement bring to the job make their lives harder. So, when people say black lives matter, that doesn’t mean blue lives don’t matter it just means all lives matter but right now the big concern is the fact that data shows that black folks are more vulnerable to these kinds of incidents."
