RYAN: “We still, a month plus in, have no details and no plan. It would certainly require significant boots on the ground, ground combat forces. And by the way, we‘ve seen in the last few weeks, including as the president was giving his speech last night, thousands of Army brigade combat team, two Marine expeditionary units, significant special operations forces, all coming into theater. So the idea that there‘s one or two more weeks, it just defies the reality on the ground. And I think it‘s important the American people understand that because, you know, at best, he was misleading. And I think he pretty much lied to the American people last night.”
