UNDERWOOD: “My bigger problem with this it ain't about our ID. If we can elect a 34 count convicted felon -- (Cheering and Applause) -- then we -- then we can take felon off of every application and get a rights back to the true political prisoners of the United States government so that they will be able to vote. If you serve your time you should be able to vote. (Applause) And the president is doing this because he knows that the country is ready to take their rightful place in the midterms.”
