Chris Ryan on Mamdani’s New Meeting with Trump: He’s Shown That ‘You Can Get Results’ with Trump as Opposed to Dems Who Push Back on Him

RYAN: "Yeah. President Trump clearly has a respect for mayor mamdani’s political abilities. He likes the style. And that’s become fairly clear. And mamdani has also shown that if you work with President Trump as opposed to the juxtapose him, you can get results. A lot of Democrats have taken the position of, you know, we are going to push Trump back as far as possible. We’re going to be in opposition to him. Mamdani today was able to pick up the telephone and get results from President Trump and that, I think, is a clear sign that, yeah, President Trump is willing to work with individuals if he finds it to be mutually beneficial. Mamdani has created a relationship that benefits the people of New York. And we’ll see if other Democrats decide to move in that direction. Unlikely given the midterms coming up. But mamdani has been able to create results in that relationship and Trump has gotten some results as well. So good on both of them."
