FORD: "First of all, thank you for having me on. I share trey and Kimberly’s thinking in so many ways. We seem to be at a critical point where we are straining and testing the bonds of humanity. There is no doubt that the young lady in the car, at least the videos I have seen and the video today’s raise even more question. She was in the wrong. I think the second question is how do you remedy that? What’s disturbing to some on both sides, I think the gentlemen you had on earlier, the acting homeland security chief said we have reached a point where it’s almost okay to defy the law enforcement. When law enforcement asked you to do something, you should do it. The question becomes if you don’t do it or you are acting playfully not doing it or act without doing it, what is the reaction it should be from law enforcement? We’ve got to be on — we got to get beyond retreating to both sides Democrat and Republican. We need to understand we are at a tipping point in our country almost at a tipping point and we have to be d escalating and step back from this."
