CRAWFORD: “I certainly didn’t get that impression from the argument. I mean, the chief justice, Justice Gorsuch, solid conservatives were asking questions, really skeptical of the administration’s arguments on tariffs. It was kind of a tale of two arguments, though, because as that case kind of progressed, then they started asking questions skeptical of the other side. So, I mean, I think that anyone that comes out and confidently predicts how the court’s going to rule in this case is just wishful thinking. I mean, it could be very close. I could see a 5-4 ruling, Trump losing. I could see a 6-3 decision, perhaps, Trump wins.”
