Dave Aronberg on the Epstein Files: Trump Knows That ‘This Could Hurt Him Politically,’ Because His Base Wants the Truth

‘He doesn’t want his name to be mentioned in the same sentence as Jeffrey Epstein’

RUSH EXCERPT:
ARONBERG: "He could say that None of this stuff has been corroborated, and that this was taken out of context. And you can’t even believe this is hearsay within hearsay and would never be allowed in a court of law. But as I said earlier, it just doesn’t look good in a court of public opinion. It’s a reason why Trump wants this controversy to be over. He doesn’t want to be talking about this. He doesn’t want his name to be mentioned in the same sentence as Jeffrey Epstein. And he knows that this could hurt him politically because his base wants to find out the truth. This is one thing that the base is not relenting on, you know, you can tell them the election was stolen and don’t provide proof. This is something where if you tell them that it’s a democratic hoax, they’re not going to believe it because they’ve been led to believe that these files will be released in full and we’ll get to see it all. And they have not been released in full, and we have not seen it all yet."
