SHAPIRO: "This is kind of the inverse of the big case from last term, where the court allowed Tennessee and other states to ban medical procedures for so-called gender-affirming care, gender care-related thins and this is about talk therapy and a law in Colorado bans talk therapy to deal with gender dysphoria, unless you’re affirming someone’s transition. It’s superficially like that other case but since it’s decided on the First Amendment the justices will just find viewpoint discrimination and you can talk one way but not another and that doesn’t seem to make sense."
