DERSHOWITZ: “If I had to make a prediction, I would say no. I would say that the lawyers for The Wall Street Journal are telling Murdoch that they really have no chance of losing this. So, I don’t think we’ll see a settlement. You know, it’s possible that they’ll put some change on the table to avoid having to go to court. But I’m not even sure this will survive a motion to dismiss.”
