ARONBERG: "You know, Chief Justice Roberts has been over backwards to try to make people believe that the court is apolitical. He wants us to buy into the court and to say we’re doing it based on the the evidence, the law, the statutes. But, you know, it’s hard to divorce the politics when they make a ruling like the immunity ruling. And they seem to drag their feet when it helps Trump and speed things up when it helps Trump. So I think no matter what they do here, it’s going to politics. That is the legacy of this roberts court. They only have themselves to blame. Maybe they should look inward, adopt ethics reform and start doing things based on just the law and the evidence and not politics."
