ACOSTA: “And apparently when he was renaming the the defense department, the war department, he was accusing Harry Truman of being woke. And so now Trump is getting into arguments and debates with presidents who have been gone for, what, almost a century. I mean, who’s next? Millard fillmore, I mean, that’s that’s what we’re up against right now. And I think, you know, the issue is, is that I think Trump is more than I’ve witnessed in some time, really in a jam. I mean, he you know, his only explanation for the Epstein files these days is that it’s a democratic hoax. I mean, nobody believes there’s not one person on the face of the earth who thinks that the Epstein files is a democratic hoax, but he’s sort of back to being kind of a one hit wonder where he only has sort of it’s I call it the presidency, where the wheel spins around instead of, you know, this is a horse, this is a duck, this is a cow. He only can say this is a hoax, or he can only talk about, you know, beautiful tariffs and that sort of a thing. And he mentally seems to be sort of caught in a jam, and he doesn’t know how to properly explain things anymore.”
