MASSIE: "Oh, absolutely. I’ve talked to the person who’s doing the whipping. I’ve seen the texts being sent to my colleagues. They are trying very hard to keep this from getting the requisite number of signatures to force the vote. And I think it’s foolhardy. I think we’d be served better politically.
