MSNBC Panel on Charlie Kirk’s Comments to Taylor Swift: ‘What a Loser,’ ‘A Profile in Cowardice’

JORDAN: “But also, usually conservatives, I thought, celebrated marriage. It would be like, ‘Oh, great. We’re, you know, joining man and wife.’ Wouldn’t have a problem with that. And then suddenly, because it’s Taylor, there have to be snarky asides like, ‘Oh, she’s got to pump out a lot of babies soon.’”
JONG-FAST: “But I think part of it is, too, that conservatives really think that if you get married and you’re married a long time and you have lots of children, which, by the way, Jennifer and I are both married a long time, lots of children, not — doesn’t make you a conservative.”
WELCH: “No, it doesn’t. Charlie Kirk, this is my prime example of MAGA men operating in fear. He is the biggest titty baby on the planet. Last month, he — “
MOHYELDIN: “Can you just define for us what a titty baby is? Can we get a quick sidebar, titty baby definition?”
WELCH: “Titty baby is a phrase, you know, with the baby on the boob that never weens. Okay, so, Charlie Kirk is the biggest titty baby. He was in New York City a few weeks ago, and he put on his Twitter — that guy who’s giving Taylor Swift unsolicited advice — he put, ‘I’ve been in New York all weekend and I haven’t felt safe once.’ And I’m like, I’ve been in New York for five days. I’ve ridden the subway. I’ve been all up and down. I haven’t felt unsafe, not one time, Charlie Kirk. But these men advertise their cowardice. What he did, that was a profile in cowardice. We should give him an award for that. That is the most pathetic thing. And I think it’s a horrible political strategy to go after the most famous pop star in the world. I hope they do it.”
