I can't believe there are not siblings — I think he had six siblings — parents who somehow did not see this, that there wasn’t psychological or behavioral leakage in one way or the other. I’m not sure where he was living, with whom he was living, but someone had to see this. And I think we should look at laws in this country that, perhaps, if you have a family connection who does something like this and you didn’t report it, you help them get guns, you help them change their name at 17, that’s probably when the fuse was lit for this guy to do what he did five, six years later."
