Brian Kilmeade: It’s No Longer Democrats Against Republicans, It’s Now Republicans Against the Socialists

‘Democrats have to understand that people like Bernie, AOC, Zohran Mamdani are the only ones getting their base aroused’

EXCERPT:

KILMEADE: "He talks a lot, but what has Bernie Sanders actually done or passed? Democrats have to understand, though, that people like Bernie, like AOC, like Zohran Mamdani are the only ones getting their base aroused. They are getting big crowds. You ever hear about the so-called major moderates, like Gov. Andy Beshear of Kentucky, selling out a stadium, Governor Wes Moore packing and arena? I did not think so. You know why I haven't heard it? It does not happen. It’s no longer Democrats against Republicans, it’s now Republicans against the socialists. Newt Gingrich said this: 'It may be hard to remember that President Clinton paved the way to a presidential run,' two wins, by  the way, 'as a centrist. Ultimately, Clinton went all out to move the Democratic Party back to the center. He failed. The underlying weight of the activists left gradually drove Clintonism out of the Democratic Party. Remember, Hillary boxed out, but did not really beat Bernie Sanders in 2016. He’s calling for a crusade so it doesn’t happen again."
