PIERCE: “We need to go to the supermajority red states where there's no accountability, and we can just have our will and push through these changes and grab a few more seats. You know, the margins are so tight in the U.S. House that, you know, if they could pick up a seat here or a seat there, that can make a real difference. But doing that will delegitimize Congress. If the only way the Republicans can maintain their majority in the U.S. House is to basically cheat and come to states around the country and in the middle of the cycle rig the election by changing the maps, there's not going to be any legitimacy to what Congress does.”
