Gen. Jack Keane: I Don’t Think We Should Be Telling Israel How to End the Conflict in Gaza

KEANE: “Israel is a dominating strategic power in a region in a way that they never used to be. When it comes to Hamas, I believe we let Israel make these decisions. They're changing their priority right now to help the Gazan people. Who are the Gazan people answering to? Hamas. They elected them as opposed to the Palestinian Authority. They have supported them. They have supported them, the truth be known, despite the tensions since October the 7th. They provide all sorts of information to Hamas to kill Israelis. Nonetheless, this is Israel's decision as to how to end this conflict in Gaza. And I don't think we should dictate to them how to do this.”
