Ankush Khardori: The Chances of DoJ Releasing All the Epstein Evidence ‘Are Zero if They Have Their Way’

‘Releasing information from a closed investigation would not happen on the part of the Justice Department’

RUSH EXCERPT:
KHARDORI: "For the moment, I think the chances are zero if they have their way. Right. They’ve so far only said we’re going to seek and they have done that. Seek the disclosure of grand jury testimony subject to court approval. But even if that approval is granted, which may not be, that would only be a very small portion of all of the material that you just identified, a very, very small fraction. Now, I will say ordinarily, releasing information from a closed investigation would not happen on the part of the Justice Department or the FBI. However, this administration could have created this mess for itself by having the president, the vice president, the FBI director, and the attorney general all suggesting that this is a good idea, both while before Trump reentered office and since then. So I think, you know, on some level, there is an expectation on the part of his supporters that he will actually satisfy a promise that he made to them."
